We are hiring a skilled Medical Technologist – Blood Bank to perform specialized testing and ensure safe, accurate blood transfusions. Work with cutting-edge lab technology in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Conduct blood bank testing, including crossmatching & antibody identification.
Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards.
Operate and troubleshoot advanced lab equipment.
Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams.
Florida Clinical Laboratory License in ALL 5 specialty areas:
Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology/Immunology
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
ASCP or AMT certification (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
