Job Description:

We are a leading healthcare provider in Nashville, TN, seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Labor and Delivery Unit. In this role, you will provide compassionate care to expectant mothers and newborns, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. Additionally, we have positions available in our NICU and Postpartum units, offering opportunities to support mothers and newborns at every stage of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments according to prescribed plans.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, including fetal heart rates and contractions, and report changes to physicians and healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and support staff to provide optimal patient care during labor, delivery, and post-partum.
• Educate patients and their families on procedures, newborn care, and post-delivery care.
• Follow all regulatory guidelines, hospital policies, and best practices for patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications:

• RN: Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Labor and Delivery or acute care experience preferred (new grads are welcome to apply).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (ACLS and NRP preferred for RNs).
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented.
