Summary:

Our company is looking for an outgoing, organized leader who is looking to make an impact on their team as a Home Health Infusion Supervisor! This role is more field based than office based and we are looking for someone who is able to supervise home care infusion visits and step in to assist when needed. Responsibilities:

Helping cover cases and assisting with field staff whenever needed
Supervising nurses on infusion visits
Educating patients and staff (if needed)
Documentation and Regulatory paperwork
Following policies and procedures in place to remain compliant and making sure field staff does the same


REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE very strong infusion skills
MA Nursing License (within 90 days of employment)
MUST be very knowledgeable in home health, direct care and home care infusion services
Strong understanding of home care nursing and home infusion nursing
MUST have strong IV start skills


SALARY:

$105,000-$110,000
