RELOCATION:
Relocation can be negotiated and approved by the hiring manager.
Almost for certain can offer tier 1 relocation. After accepting offer, candidate will have opportunity to sign a "relocation agreement" which will have 1 year commitment most likely. After signing the relocation agreement, candidates gets a relocation company called "Global Mobility Solutions" to assist with the move and pays for various relocation expenses up front direct billed to the hospital rather than candidate.
This includes shipment of 7,000 pounds household goods, shipping vehicle, flying candidate and direct family members, miscellaneous spending cash to help with relocation costs, and other things.
BONUS:
Half is paid on first/second payperiod – balance after one year of continuous employment in the same position without a decrease in FTE.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
1 year of acute care hospital experience in area of specialty
