• Relocation can be negotiated and approved by the hiring manager. 
• Almost for certain can offer tier 1 relocation. After accepting offer, candidate will have opportunity to sign a "relocation agreement" which will have 1 year commitment most likely. After signing the relocation agreement, candidates gets a relocation company called "Global Mobility Solutions" to assist with the move and pays for various relocation expenses up front direct billed to the hospital rather than candidate.
• This includes shipment of 7,000 pounds household goods, shipping vehicle, flying candidate and direct family members, miscellaneous spending cash to help with relocation costs, and other things. 

• Half is paid on first/second payperiod – balance after one year of continuous employment in the same position without a decrease in FTE.
