CVICU Nurse Manager

Looking for a STRONG LEADER with Nursing background!

You are a Nurse manager with experience in CVICU Unit OR Cardiac ICU unit

• Strong Nursing Practice - minimum 5 years of experience in the CVICU or Cardiac ICU. 
• Minimum of 2 years in nursing leadership 
• Must be able to work in a very high profile, fast paced environment. Level I Trauma Center
• Must be very strong leader.  Collaborative, shared governance mentality with the ability to lead through others. 
• Must be very diplomatic and a bridge builder 
• MSN Required
•  A COMPACT State RN license .
